Andrea Torres is ready to take on heavy roles for her future projects in GMA Network.
The 27-year-old actress recently signed a contract with GMA Artist Center. During her press conference, Andrea told the press that she is excited to try on various roles in upcoming teleseryes.
Andrea got exposed in the many opportunities inside showbiz that’s why she’s willing to prove that she’s not just made to do glamorous roles alone.
“Siguro something na very, very dark. Like kunwari, murderer, drug addict, ‘yung mga gano’n,” she said.
In a past interview with the network, Andrea shared that her role as Venus in the first book of “Alyas Robin Hood” helped her embrace the strong side of her personality.
“Doon ko nadiscover na gusto ko pala ‘yung gan’ong roles, akala ko kasi dati parang lagi lang ako sa drama, pa-sweet so doon ko na-embrace ‘yong side ko na ‘yon. May boyish side pala ko,” she said.
Andrea, together with the whole cast of the fantasy series, are currently prepping up for the second book which will air very soon in GMA’s primetime block.
