- Kapuso comedian and host Michael V. reacted to “It’s Showtime” host Vice Ganda’s “where you belong” joke
- Michael V just laughed the issue off because he thinks this is just Vice’s style
“Pepito Manaloto” lead star and Kapuso comedian Michael V shared his thoughts regarding the trending joke of “It’s Showtime” host Vice Ganda about network transfers.
It can be recalled that Vice hinted GMA Network as the station “where you belong” and hinting the irony of the tagline as some of their talents transferred to ABS-CBN.
Michael V noticed that netizens were quick to react negatively to issues like this. For him, Vice has his own style in humor and people should know that.
He also believes that Vice didn’t mean to hurt anyone’s feelings with his joke.
Former Kapatid
Based from his own experience, Michael V recalled the times he’s under the management of TV5. In 1994, Michael V became a Kapatid for a year before signing with GMA in 1995. He’s been a Kapuso for 22 years now and people are wondering what made him stay.
He added that once an artist found a reason to stay, he/she will no longer have to go anywhere else.
